Kevin Fowke, Principal and Founder
Principal and Founder Kevin Fowke brings three decades of specialized experience in labour and employee relations in the automobile, mining and public sectors. His expertise spans complex, multi-party collective bargaining, rights and interest arbitrations and the resolution of complex interpersonal and group conflicts. He has worked collaboratively with sophisticated bargaining agents such as the United Steelworkers, Canadian Union of Public Employees and ONA.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Laurentian University, a Master of Industrial Relations from Queen’s University and has completed the educational and ethics requirements of the Qualified Mediator designation with the ADR Institute of Ontario.
Kevin Fowke developed his labour and employment relations experience in the mining industry, working in progressively responsible roles for Vale Inc. (formerly Inco Ltd.)
Most recently Kevin Fowke held the role of General Manager of Corporate Services at the City of Greater Sudbury, where he served for 17 years. He was also the City's Director of Human Resources and Organizational Development and served on several occasions as the City's Chief Administrative Officer.
